A process guide is used to communicate the process management guidelines to support a specific process. It could serve as the source of guidelines for a wide range of audiences, e.g., a process to be followed by a company, department, business unit, or customer service. Your guide can certainly include a lot of information but you should always keep your organization's needs and interests in mind when you create a process documentation guide.
